The TRI app is new! Even more intuitive and easy to use. The news is also in the launch of the GPS function that comes to facilitate travel in public transport from Porto Alegre! The functionality allows to check in real time the expected arrival of the bus to the point, lines and itineraries.
Available on iOS and Android, TRI is easy, convenient and completely secure for your transactions. Learn how it works:

Credit purchase:
It is possible to buy advance ticket or school ticket by ticket or credit card. After payment, the card is charged within two * business days when you use it within mass transit.
* In exceptional cases, the deadline may extend to four business days. But if there is any doubt about the recharge date, the app itself is informed when credits are available.


Balance Inquiry:
You can see the amount on your card. The available balance is displayed on the last operation reported by the system.

Last Usage Check:
The last 10 uses on your card are available for viewing. You can see the date, time, the company that operates the line, the bus prefix and the discounted amount.

Cancellation and request of new way:
It is possible to request the cancellation of the card and request a new copy *. For the process to proceed safely, you will need to confirm some data. But, it's quick and easy. The request protocol goes to your email.
* In the case of a school card, the duplicate must be requested from the student body.

Contact Update:
With your updated data, TRI can contact you in case of any need and you are well informed about all the services and news of the system.
GPS function
Allows you to check the arrival forecast and track the collective route in real time. You can also mark your bus stops and lines as favorites. You can still view all the lines that pass at each stop and the travel times.
* The GPS function directs you to an external application that contains all the information.

TRI - Integrated Transportation is the electronic ticketing system for public transportation in Porto Alegre. With the TRI card, you can use bus, stocking (selective) and train.
