The Health Action project was developed with the aim to change the way that the population sees the SUS. From now on, the population will be part of a modern and articulated network.
Five regions of the State of São Paulo will receive 165 new units, including hospitals, UBS, CAPS and AMEs. Patients will have all its recorded history to the family doctor track your history and your family.
