Description

The e-SUS Território application is distributed by the Department of Family Health of the Ministry of Health with the aim of facilitating the work process of health agents (ACS/ACE). The application can be used on Tablet or Smartphone devices, making it possible to record home visits quickly and safely.

The data registered in the application is integrated with data from the e-SUS APS System with Electronic Citizen Record (PEC). To use the tool, the municipality must have a version of the PEC installed and properly configured. The health agent's credentials must be updated in the National Health Establishment Registration System (SCNES). This way, the application will be synchronized with the PEC. For more information about configuration and synchronization, access the application manual (https://saps-ms.github.io/Manual-eSUS_APS/docs/territorio).

Every user will be able to contribute so that the e-SUS Território application, as well as the e-SUS APS System, increasingly dialogues with their regional practices. To register experiences and suggestions, simply access the support portal at the link: http://esusaps.bridge.ufsc.br.

Mobile applications in the e-SUS APS Strategy

The Department of Family Health (DESF/SAPS) included mobile applications in the e-SUS APS Strategy to record actions carried out by health professionals in places where computers or notebooks are difficult to use. The availability of the application is part of DESF's actions to expand access to new technologies to support the work process of Family Health teams (eSF), and, in general, Primary Health Care (eAP) teams, given the importance of APS actions throughout the national territory. In this context, the e-SUS Território application prioritized Health Agents (ACS/ACE), given the capillarity of actions in the territory outside the health unit.
