Both through the DGT website and through the application, residents, superintendents, advisors, employees and service providers of the condominium can carry out their tasks and organize their routines in a simple, fast, efficient way and above all from anywhere and at any time.

Available resources range from simple management of open slips to opening doors in the building using the integrations available in the application. All with the same login and password, receiving pushes for the most important issues, online access in real time.

With DGT, life in a condominium is much smarter. Features (varies depending on the enabled plan):
- complete registration of tenants, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between superintendent and residents with control of pending issues, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (with moderation).
- ballroom reservations, moving and other agendas,
- access to the bylaws and other documents of the condominium,
- monthly fee slips - interactive rendering of accounts month by month with attachments of receipts and online approval of the portfolio
- view of the evolution of expenses by account and account group (Expenditure on water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.)
- comparison of budgeted versus realized (graphics and detailing)
- bad debt view (reports and charts)
- management of contracts with third parties
- management of preventive and periodic maintenance
- management and communication of fines and warnings with the right to defense,
