To many people with full control of the functions of your body is already difficult to maintain communication, then we can imagine the difficulties encountered by people with partial cerebral palsy or other disability that impairs their communication skills by adding this to the lack of financial resources to acquisition of alternative media, the chances of success when communicating precisely will be almost nil.
