Founded in April 1999, the weekly newspaper of the North Zone was born with the dream to devote himself to the problems and find solutions to improve the lives of people living in the north of São Paulo. Its founder, John Carlos Dias, dedicated, even before the paper's founding, the commitment to this people, which requires much attention, but lives with the joy of those who do not know the troubles, despite being one of the most politicized areas the city of São Paulo.
Highlighting the qualities of the North Zone, while charging for provision of boroughs, the weekly newspaper of the North Zone, and John Carlos Dias, is an independent, nonpartisan, without religious bond, accounting only for what is best for the North Zone.
