Description
To use the APP, the condominium must have access control software Rocken Live.
The Rocken Live app is a condominium solution that seeks to optimize security, communication and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the condominium access control system.
You can receive several alerts and messages:
- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.
- An order has come for you.
- Messages from the union, caretaker and porter.
- Viewing security cameras
It is also possible to consult and register.
- Incoming and outgoing consultation. Ex: Know what time your child arrived from school.
- Visitor and visit reports
- Internal occurrence reports
- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
- Reservation of common areas (barbecue, party room, etc)
