Hi Clients - individual or legal entity (CPF / CNPJ) who have contracted Oi Fibra, broadband, landline or TV.

What problems does the Virtual Technician help you solve?
Fixed by fiber: line changes, does not make or receives call and noisy phone.
Tv and internet by fiber: problems in tv and in the internet
Broadband: no internet, slow internet or constant drops in connection;
Fixed: phone does not receive or make calls, mute or with squeaks;
TV: Incompatible card, No signal, Oi Service Inactive TV and Black / blue screen;

What does Virtual Technician - Hi Support do?
Exchange password wi-fi and network name;
Offers remote control manual for fiber;
Performs automatic settings in modens;
Automatically resets the modem signal;
Performs an automatic line, internet or TV scan;
Identifies massive failure in the region;
Consult, schedule and reschedule technical visits;

How to use the Virtual Technician Hi?
To TV client:
After downloading it, access the app with the contract number and the line owner's CPF / CNPJ or My Hi login.
The customer number should be consulted on the invoice next to your CPF / CNPJ number.
For fixed or broadband customer:
After downloading it, access the app with the landline number and the line owner's CPF / CNPJ.
For fiber client:
After downloading it, access the app with the customer number and CPF / CNPJ of the line holder or My Hi login.
The customer number should be consulted in your account near personal data.
