INVOICE

Do you want practicality?
In the Minha Claro residential App you can view the payment status of your invoices, in addition to issuing the barcode to pay them at any time. You can also generate and share the 2nd copy (PDF) of your invoice.

SUPPORT AND TECHNICAL VISIT

Identify and repair problems with your products through "I Need Help" and, if your problem persists, schedule an in-person visit with a technician.

Did an unforeseen event arise hours before the visit? No problem! In addition to checking the Visits already scheduled, you can reschedule or cancel them wherever you are.

AND ALSO

You can share or change the name and password of your Wi-Fi networks, configure how you receive your invoice, in addition to accessing the benefits that only Claro residential customers have.
