Opened in 2007, Shopping Metrô Itaquera, managed by the Ancar Ivanhoe chain, is one of the main commercial landmarks in the East Zone of São Paulo. With a privileged location, it is located in a neighborhood with approximately 520 thousand inhabitants and has access connected to the Corinthians-Itaquera Metro station, CPTM, Terminal Urbano and Arena Corinthians. With over 300 stores, including 14 anchor stores, over 70 kiosks, two food courts with 38 fast-food outlets, and five restaurants, including Outback, Gigante Nordestino, and Coco Bambu (coming soon), the mall houses major retail brands including Renner, Riachuelo, Kalunga, Lojas Americanas, Daiso Japan, Extra Hipermercados, Casas Bahia, Lojas Marisa, C&A, Preçolândia, Besni, Pernambucanas, and Magazine Luiza.
