To use the application is necessary that the condominium be a customer of GRW SERVICE REMOTE GATE, check with the liquidator of your building.
The app is a solution focused on condominiums that hire the Remote Concierge service with GRW SERVICE that seek to optimize security, speed visitor access, communication and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the condominium access control system made by GRW SERVICE.
You can receive various alerts and messages such as:
- Your remote control's battery is low.
- Messages from the manager, janitor and porter.
It is also possible to consult:
- Incoming and outgoing consultation. Ex: Know what time your child arrived from school.
- Visitor and visit reports
- Internal occurrence reports
- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
- Reservation of common areas (Barbecue, Party room, etc. (If you have enabled for your condo)
