Description

Diabetes in Foco is an application developed by students, professors and professionals of the Federal University of Pernambuco - Academic Center of Vitória, together with the Regional Nursing Council of Pernambuco (COREn-PE), which provides from the Protocol of Nursing in Primary Care to the Health of the COREN-PE information that helps the nursing professionals in the tracking, follow-up and prevention of complications (Diabetic Foot) in users with diabetes mellitus. As well, they improve their scientific knowledge and increase the resolution of Primary Health Care, seeking improvement in the quality of care in the Unified Health System (SUS).
