Description
This app calculates the supporting forces of a simply supported beam. Multiple single and/ or evenly distributed line loads can be added. The result is calculated and displayed immediately.
The drawing of the result can be saved to your device and used as exercise sheets for lectures.
When developing the app I intended to create a tool for teachers, not for the engineer. This app is meant to help to learn and teach basic of statics. Of course it also can be used by students to create exercises on their own, and check if they found the right solution. It is easy to use and does not require to input a lot of complex parameters (which apps designed for engineers require).
