PUBLIC ENTERPRISE RADIO TELEVISION ZENICA (JP RTV ZENICA) was founded on May 23, 1995. The main mission of the establishment was to realize the rights of the inhabitants of the then Municipality, now the City of Zenica, to complete, timely, true and objective information, and to satisfy other cultural and educational needs. The former company “Radio-Zenica” d.d. Zenica (Radio Zenica was founded on June 20, 1969, at the initiative of the Assembly of the Municipality of Zenica and within the newspaper-publishing propaganda company "Our Word").

Organizationally, JP RTV ZENICA is registered as a limited liability company, with 67.5 percent of state and 32.5 percent of private capital, while the founders of RTV ZENICA are the Municipality, respectively the City of Zenica and small shareholders.

The main activity of JP RTV ZENICA is the production, transmission and broadcasting of radio and television programs intended for the public. RADIO-TELEVISION ZENICA is a public service broadcaster, regional in nature, based in Zenica and focusing on the local population. We have three media: Television Zenica, Radio Zenica and Web portal Zenicainfo.ba.
