The Good Bulls app puts the power of herd improvement in the palm of your hand.
The Good Bulls app builds on the popular Good Bulls Guide but offers so much more. Find your ideal bull team using Australian Breeding Values (ABVs) for 20,000 bulls. Sort, filter and shortlist bulls that match your breeding objectives and share with your supplier.
The Good Bulls mobile app is free and easy to use.
- Set a reminder to begin making bull choices
- Sort bulls on Australia’s three breeding indices; Balanced Performance Index (BPI), Health Weighted Index (HWI), Type Weighted Index (TWI)
- Search for bulls from Australia and around the world
- Refine your search using any of the 50 filters
- View information on a bull and make bull comparisons
- Shortlist bulls that match your preferences
- Export individual bulls and shortlists to your advisor or supplier.
Updated ABV data for the app will be available following each ABV release. You can download the data at any time. The app does not require internet connectivity to perform searches allowing you the freedom to search bulls no matter where you are.
This app was developed by the Australian Dairy Herd Improvement Scheme (ADHIS) and Dairy Australia, in close consultation with dairy farmers and advisors.
