ÖBB Bike
Go for spontaneous bike rides with ÖBB Bike:Sharing., Using ÖBB Bike:Rental you can make reservations further in advance. You always have the right (e)bike ready for your needs!

This is how it works!
Find the ÖBB Bike stations on the overview map and choose the starting point for your next ride.

For spontaneous rentals, you can use the bikes from ÖBB Bike:Sharing directly on site by scanning the QR code on the bike frame with the camera of your smartphone.

To rent a bike for a day trip, reserve your ÖBB Bike for the desired date in the app in advance. At the ÖBB Bike:Rental lounges, you can pick up your pre-reserved (e)Bike regardless of opening hours.

Register in the app and give your credit or debit card details to use ÖBB Bike. Read the terms and conditions before completing your reservation.

So easy!
In the app, you can immediately see where you can find ÖBB Bike:Sharing stations and whether a bike is available for you. Once you're there, you're ready to go.

Pre-book your desired (e)Bike for longer trips at home: Select an ÖBB Bike:Rental location, the date, and the type of bike. Of course, you can also make a last-minute reservation on site. Have a look at the ÖBB Bikes in the app – there is something for everyone!

Let's go!
Simply come to the ÖBB Bike Lounge, open your reservation in the app, and follow the instructions: you can open the door of the ÖBB Bike Lounge and unlock your ÖBB Bike regardless of business hours.
If you want to take a break during your ride, you can lock and unlock your bike using the app. Once you return the ÖBB Bike to a sharing station or an ÖBB Bike Lounge and press “end rental", the bike lock will lock so that you cannot unlock it again.

Simply use public transport!
All ÖBB Bike rental sharing stations are easily accessible by bus and train, so you don’t need to use a car.
