Description
Employees of vehicle service companies that provide breakdown and towing assistance in collaboration with the ÖAMTC or ASSIST Emergency Service GmbH & CoKG have the option of having new orders sent directly to their Android phone using the Dispo app.
With the new Dispo app you can easily accept, complete and forward your assignments and have access to extensive details at any time, which provide you with information about the vehicle in question, the customer and the location of the breakdown.
If you have any questions about an operation, you can request a call back from the operations center at any time or contact the customer directly.
Important: Before using it, please make sure that you have registered and activated your telephone number with the ÖAMTC or ASSIST. This ensures that assignments are only given to people who are able to offer the relevant services.
