With the My MTEL App you have an overview of your free units, costs and bills, no matter where you are.
You will immediately see the consumption of your included free quantities, the current cost status and also invoices as well as the most important product information and offers.
The My MTEL App features in detail:
Insight on the costs incurred so far for the current billing period
- View the remaining free units (minutes, SMS, data volume) in the current billing cycle
- Call up the last bills and individual call lists
- Deposit open invoices
- Charge your prepaid card online
- Activation of tariff packages
- Activation of the additional packages
- Details of existing contracts and invoices
- And much more…
You can use the app both via Wi-Fi and for free via your data package. When using the app, no additional data usage costs, if you are in the MTEL mobile network (in roaming, the prices are according to the current roaming price list). To use the registration with your phone number is required.
