Description
Apprenticeship cloud is a planning app for planning professional apprenticeship training
Furthermore, the app is intended to enable training companies to convey the training content of the respective apprenticeship in its entirety.
It is free and easy to use for training companies and apprentices.
The app is intended to give apprentices an overview of their vocational training and display their current learning status (in%).
In a backend, those authorized (usually people entrusted with training) can customize certain areas. (e.g. entering new apprentices, entering the teaching content that can be taught in the training company, etc.)
*Area of competence
By combining the knowledge and skills of the job profile - these are defined by the statutory training regulations - in so-called "areas of competence", the app gives trainers and apprentices an overview of the entire learning content of the respective apprenticeship.
*Field of expertise
Further description of the respective area of competence.
The competence fields are divided into “compulsory and additional competence fields.”
“Compulsory competency fields” are specified by the respective training regulations for the respective apprenticeship.
“Additional_Competence Fields” enable content to be expanded beyond the statutory job profile.
*Character
There are 5 different characters in which the content of the skills and knowledge are described. These are divided into:
practically oriented character

#general practical basic training (APG)
#Additional_Module (ZM)
These usually take place on construction sites, workshops and in training workshops
theoretically oriented character

#Additional_Workshop (ZWS)
These usually take place in seminar rooms, vocational schools and educational institutions.
*Progress
• Display the total number of hours set for the teaching content (distributed over the entire teaching period).
• The possibility for trainers to confirm to the trainee the hours of teaching content they have completed by entering the hours and the date. The respective learning content can be supplemented by an assessment (5_star principle) and the entry of a note
*Contents
• Suggestion in which teaching year the content should be taught – for some teaching content, knowledge and skills from other areas of competence are required.

*Location
• Place where the teaching content is taught – usually a training company
• If the training company is not able to convey the entire teaching content to the apprentice, there is the possibility of sending this to the apprentice via a partner company or partner organization network.
• A route planner (BusBahnBim) makes it possible to plan the route between the training company and the partner company or partner organization.
*Training regulations
• The points of the job profile that apply to the respective character and the statutory training regulations applicable to the respective apprenticeship
*Voluntary training agreement
• Submission of a voluntary training agreement.
• Upload the signed voluntary training agreement between the training company, apprentice and partner company or partner organization
