Description

Real estate investment calculations become easy with Real Estate Investment Calculator. After entering basic data such as sale price, number of units, mortgage interest and term, annual income (rental and other income) with a few other key numbers, the Calculator provides you with Mortgage P&I, monthly and annual profit, and capitalization rate (Cap Rate). It also allows you to calculate a Cash Flow Rate (cap rate with P&I included) to help with managing investment cash flow. And the unique Projection feature lets you set a desired Cap Rate to see what the new lower purchase price should be or how much you will have to raise rental income to meet your desired Cap Rate.
