Description

Ophthalmic Optical Calculator is a mathematical calculations app for vision professionals. Make the most common calculations in clinical practice. It has been developed to facilitate mathematical operations of vector calculation based on the spherocylindrical optical formulations, most used by ophthalmologists and optometrists.

With an easy and intuitive interface, users can use it in an agile way in their daily practice. In addition, some calculations have diagrams📉to facilitate the understanding of the results.

The App is divided into two large blocks:

- Asphericity and eccentricity
- AV conversion
- Dioptres to millimeters
- Distometry
- AC / A ratio
- Contact lens twist
- Overrefraction
- Sum of prisms

🩺 calculations in ophthalmology:

- Ablation depth in corneal refractive surgery
- Percentage of corneal tissue altered in corneal refractive surgery (PTA)
- Surgically induced corneal astigmatism (S.I.A)
- Rotation of phakic toric IOLs
- Rotation of pseudophakic toric IOLs
- Change of power of IOLs implanted in a sac to sulcus
