Description

HYMY is an app that helps adolescents to strengthen their socio-emotional well-being through 4 main high-impact activities.
In Mexico, the number of young people between 12 and 17 years of age with depression is approximately 2.5 million, of which 10 out of 100 have had suicidal thoughts, mention studies carried out by UNAM specialists.
HYMY is like a companion who will help you make any situation easier, improving the processes of interaction with your environment, using 4 main sections: meditation, games, community and your follow-up.
HYMY does not intend to supply the attention of a specialist doctor, so we focus on promoting only activities that promote well-being, based on documents with scientific support. We also recommend you go to a specialist.
