We have enclosed this experience in a single din bar module at a truly competitive cost compared to other lamination systems but with a plus added value of functions not present on others. It uses a common solenoid valve without the aid of nozzles or interposed components.
Not operating with the classic superheat feedback, common to all other systems, but using the new BDAIR concept, it will allow you to take advantage of all the exchange battery development in meters, feeding all the ranks in equal measure and without the risk of liquid returns to the compressor, it also offers energy savings of certain interest.
The presence of the new BDAIR lamination concept is demonstrated by the fact that it is the only system in the refrigerant flow control capable of operating with the pressure probe alone. The absence of the battery temperature probe does not affect the full efficiency of the yield and maintains the condition of absence of liquid returns to the compressor.
Acronym BDAIR, is the new operating concept, based on the forecast ballistic determination of the quantity of refrigerant injected.
Thanks to the APP interface on android, few parameters are needed to obtain the maximum efficiency of your refrigeration system by balancing compressor capacity with exchange battery capacity.

The exclusion of the liquid receiver increases the end cooling of the condensation but without loss of pressure, increasing the enthalpy efficiency.
All the outputs for the drives are supported by SSR relays from 1 amp to 220 v ensuring contact quality without limitation of operations.
The processor used inside the module is able to perform a program revolution in about 125 milliseconds, guaranteeing one of the highest response speeds available on the market.
The module does not require updates relating to the refrigerants as these are transmitted directly by the App application during the setting phase to the CEK module via bluetooth communication. Any new refrigerants will be available by updating the Android Apps.
The temperature / pressure conversion refrigerant tables are not of the traditional type but have been corrected according to the operating temperature, to obtain the maximum exchange performance up to 0 Bar of evaporation.
Other companies are already using this system and have verified the greater operating efficiency by decreasing installation times, testing times and related costs.
The application is operational only in the presence of a connected module.
