Description
Since its creation in 2010, the development of civic service is increasing and particularly since 2015 when the number of young people who are invested in civic service has tripled. To date, these are 200,000 young people who are committed to the civic service. The Guadeloupe has 81 accredited organizations (61 local and 20 to national level) with a strong commitment of the Regional Council for deployment of 350 young people in 26 towns out of the 32 that the archipelago account. Regarding County Council it is committed to promote the deployment of 200 young people in the voluntary sector intermediation with the local Mission Guadeloupe.
However, access of civic service for many youth is difficult and the course to clinch missions remains very complicated.
To facilitate the linking between youth research organizations for civic service missions and youth looking for job offers, the CRIJ Guadeloupe has created a web interface tool, this application: Civic Service Guadeloupe.
