WHAT IS ITANA?

itana is the digital communication between you as parents (part) and the facility in which your children are accommodated. This parent app enables a simple and efficient exchange of messages and data so that you and the educators don't miss anything.

itana is used in day care centers, child minders, in open schools and similar institutions.

PRIVACY

The exchange of data with the app is subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation and is therefore fully GDPR-compliant. At itana, data protection and data security are so important that security goes far beyond that. Neither unauthorized third parties nor other parents have access to master data and messages.

In addition, only data relevant for communication is exchanged (e.g. name of the child, contact details of the parent / guardian) - all data is stored in encrypted form and only for as long as the affiliation to the facility exists.

REGISTRATION & USE
The child or children are synchronized in the itana app using a code that the parents receive from the facility. Parents can use it free of charge; the contract is concluded between itana and the facility.
