Upon registration, Hedda App offers you a quiz to assess your current state of health. The questions asked relate to global aspects such as sleep, energy, stress, immunity and external well-being. From your answers, our artificial intelligence calculates an exclusive Hedda score, based on these 4 criteria, which constitutes your personalized diagnosis.

2. Recommendations

Once you have obtained your Hedda score, you have access to all the relevant recommendations to optimize your health. By clicking on each criterion, you will discover concrete avenues for improvement specific to your situation to help you achieve your health goals.

3. Information and explanations

For each recommendation, you receive explanations and qualitative information to help you better understand your situation. This allows you to identify the causes and consequences of your current state of health and to put in place the appropriate actions to develop your overall well-being.

4. Monitoring
