Abraão David Neto, born on July 13, 1980, is a father, graduated in dentistry from UFRJ, son of Ex-Mayor Miguel Abraão, businessman and since 2005 he has been acting as City Councilor in the city of Nilópolis, fighting for the rights of Nilopolitan citizens. The love story for Nilópolis begins with the arrival of her grandparents Abrão David and Julia Abrão David to Brazil, around 1900, seeking better living conditions in the face of internal and severe problems in Lebanon, a country in the Middle East.

In Nilópolis, his grandparents were hugged with great affection by the population that started the allotment of the São Matheus Farm and, even with difficulties in learning the language, his grandfather Abrão David did not fade and traveled the railroad as a peddler, selling the most diverse products , sometimes from Ricardo de Albuquerque to Queimados, seeking to give better conditions to the new family that settled here. Altogether, Abrão David and Julia Abrão had 9 legitimately Brazilian children (Jacob, Miguel, Maria, Anice, Jorge, Anizio, Nelson, David and Farid), establishing residence at Avenida Mirandela 34, and, given the work he performed for years at around 1915, they opened their first store, Armarinho São Jorge on Avenida Mirandela.

It closely followed two important moments in the trajectory of city: The Miguel Abraão government (from 1983 to 1988), still a child, and as a man formed the first term of his uncle Farid Abrão (2001-2004), arousing the desire to do more for the people and the city, which led him to run for the position of Municipal Councilor in the 2004 elections and elected with 2509 votes, a highly expressive vote to collaborate in an important way with Farid's second term (2005 to 2008), as Vice President of the City Council.
