Key Features:
View Bank Journals: Access and browse through your payment journals with a user-friendly interface, making it easy to keep track of all your financial entries.
Categorized Journals: Journals are automatically categorized into predefined stages:
Open: Journals that are currently active and awaiting action. These could be journals that have been created but not yet submitted for approval or still need some form of processing.
Pre: Journals in a preliminary state, perhaps prepared but not yet ready for full approval. These could be drafts or journals needing initial validation or pre-checks before moving to the next stage.
1st: Journals in the first stage of approval, having passed initial checks and now awaiting approval from the first level approver.
2nd: Journals approved by the first level approver and now awaiting approval from the second level approver, indicating a multi-stage approval process.
Failed: Journals that did not pass the approval process or encountered errors during processing. These may require review, correction, or resubmission.
Today: Journals created, submitted, or modified on the current day, providing a quick view of the day's activities and helping monitor recent transactions.
Approve Journals: Review and approve payment journals to ensure that your financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Push Notifications: Stay informed with real-time push notifications. Enable notifications to be alerted as soon as new journals are ready, so you never miss an important update.
