Description

It was born from an idea of two Roman economic journalists: Marcel Vulpis and Massimo Lucchese - specialized in sport-business issues at national / international level.

In these first ten years, Sporteconomy has collaborated as a content provider with some of the most important Italian newspapers such as the weekly L'Espresso, Panorama Economy and the broadcasters Rai and Sky Italia (SkySport24 and SkyTG24 channels), as well as being present in the panorama Italian radio / television, through the figure of the responsible director (Marcel Vulpis) for insights on the economic and financial issues of the world of Italian football. Again for SkySport, he provided the technical analysis material for the economic analysis of the Italian football system, on the occasion of the in-depth program "Red Code", created by the director Fabio Caressa.

Sporteconomy is a partner of the Tor Vergata University of Rome and of the Master in Marketing and Management of Sport del Sole24 Ore. Each year, before the start of the Serie A football championship, it carries out the "Sporteconomy Jersey Sponsor Index" survey dedicated to the shirt sponsorship market of the clubs of the first tricolor division.

In 2012 the agency (through its web TV) won the international "Sport Movies & TV" festival (best film and production) in Milan, organized by FICTS (Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs) of the president prof. Franco Ascani, with the docu-film "Paulinen Platz" (co-produced by ShooTv.com and Sporteconomy.tv, directed by Geo Ceccarelli, creative director of TBWA Italy) on the world of popular shareholding in German football (with particular attention to the case of St. Pauli FC - in that season registered with the German BundesLiga1).
