Introducing AlertaTel Plus
We improve the security that represents us by increasing the efficiency of the application and giving it a renewed look.
It is a service of the AlertaTel family that allows you to notify your contacts and security organizations that you are in an emergency quickly and easily. No matter what model or cellular company you have, AlertaTel works on any cell phone.
This service is available in those client cities of the system.

After it was registered on the AlertaTel platform, how does it work?
<1> When in an emergency, open AlertTel Plus from your device and press the alert icon. You will have 5 seconds to cancel the operation. After this, AlertaTel Plus will automatically notify the Intelligent Platform for Citizen Prevention to its contacts (in SMS mode) and to the monitoring bodies for their data and their location. In this way you can receive immediate and accurate assistance.
<2> If you are facing a potential emergency situation, you can write an SMS describing the circumstance and notify your group of contacts and the security organizations so that they can establish preventive actions.
<3> We recommend uninstalling AlertTel 2.x or 3.x, to avoid monitoring alert notifications.
