The Focus app is a powerful brainwave therapy designed to improve focus, attention, alertness, planning, and multitasking.

Neurophysiological studies have revealed a wealth of insight into the neural mechanisms of attention. The consensus across numerous studies, including both animal electrophysiology and human imaging work, suggests that attention stems from a frontal-parietal control network acting on the visual cortex.

The Focus app offers two different sessions. Session 1 stimulates the lateral intraparietal cortex, visual cortex, thalamus (anterior, medial), and basal ganglia. This session lasts for 22 minutes. Session 2 stimulates the lateral prefrontal cortex, thalamus (ventral), and striatum, and is also 22 minutes long.

To use the app, you will need high-quality headphones or earphones placed correctly for optimal results.
