HOW TO BUY BUS TICKETS IN CAMEROON USING CICCIG.

1. SEARCH DAILY VERIFIED TICKETS :
CICCIG offers you the ability to search and buy daily bus ticket as verified by CICCIG after confirming availability with all listed partnering agencies; We are authorized by all listed agencies to resell travel tickets for their agencies.

2. RESERVE TICKETS:
If the ticket destination is not listed, kindly use the RESERVE BUS TICKET option and one of our staffs will contact you for assistance in choosing the best travel agency based on your needs and requirements.

3. MY TICKETS:
Use this menu to list all tickets you have pre-booked or bought for your trips.

4. ABOUT CICCIG:
Use this menu to read about us, our services & our privacy policy.

5. CALL US:
Having issues related to buying bus tickets or payments? Kindly use this option and talk to any of our customer support staff for assistance.

6. SEARCH RESULT :
Once you search a ticket/ trip route, we will list all available agencies that cover the trip route for the day.

7. PASSENGER’S INFO:
You will be able to fill in passenger’s details and a family relative reference, should in case of any emergency CICCIC and our partnering agency will use these details to contact them.

With this option, you can use your CICCIG account to a buy ticket for another person be it a family member or your friends; once they get to the agency, our staff will validate the presented e-receipts and they will be able to make their trips without any hassle.

A preview of the trip ticket details will be shown so you can always review the offer details like bus agency name, trip take off time, pre-travel preparation like time to be at the agency for luggage loading and ticket confirmation.

Also you will have the option to pay with MTN, Orange or bank card.

8. GENERATE INVOICE:
Base on passenger’s info provided, you will be able to see a preview of the ticket with details amount to pay.
Once we receive you order, one of our staff will call you to confirm the order and pre-book your ticket using DPHCmr – Partner Connect Software linking all bus agencies in Cameroon connected to the CICCIG bus ticket platform.

9. E-RECEIPTS:
An e-receipt will be issued for every purchased ticket; present this ticket at any of our partnering agency and enjoy traveling with CICCIG covering all your travel booking needs.
