Annoying circumstances can happen to any person or family. Often they can not be overcome on their own. It can be illness, disability, unemployment, old age or damage caused by armed conflict or hostilities. We call this difficult life circumstances. The activities of the Center for Integrated Social Services are aimed at overcoming such difficult life circumstances by providing social services.

Social services are "simple", such as counseling or representation of interests. Everyone has the right to receive such services. However, there are also "comprehensive" social services that provide constant and systematic assistance, for example, social support or social integration. "Specialized" services are provided to certain categories of the population, such as internally displaced persons or people living with HIV. "Ancillary" social services are provided in their natural form, such as food, personal hygiene items, clothing, footwear, etc. We work to ensure that no one is left out and every resident of the community can always count on help and support.
